Wedding vendors, we can’t wait to welcome you as an exhibitor at the Bridal Festival! In order to reserve your booth space, we require a non-refundable deposit of $250. For your convenience, we offer two payment options: full payment upfront at a discounted rate, or a deposit due today with the remaining balance payable by December 15, 2025.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy: We understand that plans can change. To offer you flexibility, cancellations made by December 11th, 2025, will receive a full refund of registration fees, minus the $250 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations between December 12th and 26th, 2025, will receive a 50% refund, also less the $250 deposit. While cancellations after December 26th are non-refundable, your registration fees will be applied as a credit towards a future Bridal Festival event.
