Wedding vendors, we can’t wait to welcome you as an exhibitor at the Bridal Festival! In order to reserve your booth space, we require a non-refundable deposit of $250. For your convenience, we offer two payment options: full payment upfront at a discounted rate, or a deposit due today with the remaining balance payable by December 15, 2026.

  • A black & white 8-foot-high backdrop with 3-foot-high side walls
  • A black & white 6-foot skirted display table (by request)
  • Booth identification sign (by request)

Single booths: $20 OFF · Double booth, double savings: $40 OFF · Triple booth, triple savings: $60 OFF

Cancellation & Transfer Policy: We understand that plans can change. To offer you flexibility, cancellations made by December 11th, 2026, will receive a full refund of registration fees, minus the $250 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations between December 12th and 26th, 2026, will receive a 50% refund, also less the $250 deposit. While cancellations after December 26th are non-refundable, your registration fees will be applied as a credit towards a future Bridal Festival event.
